At The UnBuilt, we worked with Lomot Property Investments and Hattons Creative Consultancy to create photoreal CGI for Sands Farm Cottages, a luxury five-star holiday retreat in the North York Moors. The visuals were needed ahead of launch, to carry the brand story before guests could see the place for themselves.

The design blends contemporary interior styling with rustic character and a premium hospitality feel, so we concentrated on the details that sell that balance: natural textures, warm lighting, considered furniture and the views that make a stay feel special. We visualised the kitchen, dining room, bedroom and lounge, with evening views that show the cottages at their most inviting.

Because holiday bookings are won on atmosphere, every image was lit and composed like a hospitality photograph, giving the client a polished set of visuals that are ready to use before the build is complete.

For Lomot and Hattons, the result is a library of pre-launch marketing imagery that supports brand storytelling across the website, brochures and social channels, and shows how photoreal CGI can start selling a destination long before opening day.
