At The UnBuilt, we were asked by Cameron Hall Homes to refresh and upgrade the CGI for their new community and commercial centre, a core placemaking asset within their wider development. The aim was imagery that works harder commercially while staying true to the architectural intent.

We began by rebuilding and refining the base 3D model from updated drawings and reference material, paying close attention to materials, proportions and detailing. Working in 3ds Max and rendering with Corona, we produced a suite of exterior visuals that show the centre as a lively, high-value amenity where residents, visitors and small businesses meet.

The brief balanced two audiences at once. For the developer, the visuals show how the hub adds to the appeal and long-term value of the masterplan, from footfall potential to commercial viability and the quality of the public realm. For the architect, they communicate the stone and brick character, glazing strategy and spatial flow clearly enough to support design reviews and sign-off.

The finished images are suitable for marketing, planning engagement, investor presentations and social media, helping Cameron Hall Homes build buy-in, strengthen brand perception and show the commercial and architectural value of the scheme.
